(1) Location: It is located in the southwest of Taishan city, at the foot of Shuanglong mountain of Wencun town. The planning area is 12 square kilometer. It is 70km away to Taishan city proper, 60km away to Taishan Port, 78km away to Zhuhai and Zhenhai Bay to the west.
  (2) Lands Use: It lies with its back to mountain and faces to the sea. As for the terrain, the north is higher than the south. The soil is full of sand so it is good to dredge water.
  (3) Traffic: It is near the south of the entrance gate of West Coastal Expressway at Wencun town.
  (4) Resources: There are many reservoirs around the zone. The total capacity of these reservoirs is 39.31 million m3. As for power, there is a 110kv substation in the north of Wencun town.
