The electronics and appliances manufacturing is the industry that developed in the 80's in Taishan City.There are near 70 enterprises of electronics and appliances manufacturing.The products are including electric fan ,electric heating,various electric appliances, mini electrical machinery ,electric wire ,cable and light decorations etc.There are the following enterprises:Guoji Electric Appliance Company ,Huanqiu Electric Appliance Company, Aida Electric Appliance Company, Jieda Electric Appliance Company ,Xiangda Mini Electrical Machinery Factory ,Xiangbao Mini Electrical Machinery Factory , Taishan Cable Factory and Wanda Electric Wire & Cable Plant etc.
Guoji Electric Appliance Company was founded in 1993.With the annual output value of 120 million Yuan ,it produces 35,000,000 pieces of the light decorations every year, accounting 45% of the light decorations productions in my city .Aida Electric Appliance Company, the only factory producing microwave stove in the city,manufactures 160,000 microwave stoves sets each year .There are 60 varieties of products that Xiangda Mini Electrical Machinery Factory and Xiangbao Mini Electrical Machinery Factory produce.As the key enterprise of the cable ,Taishan Cable Factory is a high and new technology enterprise in China ,and the annual output volume of the plastic wire is 400,000 kilometers .Wanda Electric Wire Factory mainly produces the electric wires for light decorations ,and the production capacity reaches 1,000,000 kilometers every year.
